Echo owns all rights to its new Symphony™ tCGM System and Prelude™ SkinPrep System. Symphony and Prelude represent valuable, multiple-market partnering and licensing opportunities for companies with a presence in the diabetes home use market care or in a hospital acute care markets.

Echo offers a medical device platform for transdermal glucose monitoring and for opportunities in transdermal drug delivery. Echo's AzoneTS™ transdermal reformulation platform, patented through 2019, offers reformulation opportunities for products previously approved by the FDA.  AzoneTS is a valuable life-cycle management asset for line-extensions of existing products and a renewable source of advanced formulations of FDA-approved drugs. Echo expects most of its AzoneTS pipeline programs to be amenable to the FDA's Section 505(b)(2) guidelines.
